Help me solve a problem with fitting a bath screen?

I wanted to fit a straight bath screen, but at the head of the bath, where the screen should be fitted to the wall, there is a window frame. This window frame finishes about 20cm from the side of the bath. I am now thinking of installing a folding screen. I intend to fix the screen at the side of the window frame and then leave the first fold "bent" until the screen meets the end of the bath and then have the remaining folds parallel to the side of the bath. Once fitted I will use it as a fixed screen (i.e. I will not keep folding and unfolding the screen.)
Do you see any problems with this? Will having the wall fixture always at an angle make the screen more unstable? Will water be more likely to leak out? Can you offer any other solutions to this problem?

I am assuming that your window frame is no more than say, 20mm deep off the wall.

Get hold of some box section aluminium, in the colour of your screen rail, and attach it to the wall below the window. Above too if you like. Its inexpensive and easy to cut. That will give you a fixing to attach your screen to so the rail is straight with the bath. The window having the rail running in front of it will not look out of place.
