Pen is the general instrument that is being used to write commonly on a paper. In ancient times, people used to write with the help of ink. But with the changing time a new discovery to write was known as pen. Like say of above 90% of world population is using pens in their daily life. I am making a table, screw tips are showing on surface?

As the title states, I am making a table (for pong), and when I screwed in the legs on the bottom, I didnt account for the screw poking out of the top of the table. It isnt a huge deal for functionality, but it would be nice to get rid of the bumps. The actual metal tips of the screws are not showing, just the raised area of wood where the screws are. Would sanding the area and filling it in with wood putty solve the problem? Or is there a better way?

Unscrew the legs. Use a grinder or side-cutters to nip the last few threads off the screws, then run them back in.
Sand the top smooth again; check it with a straight edge w/light behind it to ensure it's completely level. Touch up if necessary.
You should be good to go.
