Guys plz help i want to ply gears of war 1 in my pc!!!?

Recently i installed gow 1 in my pc.I applied the official patch to fix the modified executable error but i am facing a new problem whenever i tried to play the game via g4wlive.exe after microsoft logo video game crashes to desktop without any error msg.If i run startup.exe splash screen appear then nothing happened.how can i fix it? Plz help me, thanx in advance
config-intel dual core, 2 gb ram, 1gb hd 6770 graphic card, win xp

Uninstall it And try install again then restart the machine and try playing the game, or else
