I believe there's just one adjustment which is vertical - greater minimizing. That's the main one you found. The idea since the contacts and reflectors are created precisely enough to ensure that they do not require any sideways adjustment. Even the contacts is going to be designed particularly for either right or left drive cars based on are you going to the controls is positioned - so no requirement for sideways adjustment.

Oh - BTW the small gear factor you found accepts a phillips type screwdriver to show the apparatus. You may (?) look for a little arrow around the housing that shows direction of adjustment based on which way you transform it - or possibly not.
