this building is on a computer program that allows the lead maintenance person to set schedules and to remotely turn of different circuits of the school remotely via computer on any computer in the building with the proper logon. what is this system called, and how can i override it?

its simply a large bank of relays or contacters and a series of occupancy sensors and other various controls, connected to a solid state control module, which is then connected via wifi or ethernet cable to the buildings computer network. this is part of the buildings automation system. i gave 1 example of this, not sure if its that top of the line, but same basic concept.
