If I buy that set, I don't need any other component for brakes right?
My bike is a fixed gear that is drilled for brakes already.
Those brakes do fit on my bike. I asked the company who sold it to me. I was only wondering if that was the entire set. And I think they are, I see the brake for the handle bar, brakes themselves, and the cable.
You need to know the distance from the mounting hole for the caliper in the fork to the rim of the wheel and buy brakes which will fit that dimension. This is not always the same front and rear!
This set fits from 69 to 96mm. And the levers are for straight bars, not dropped.
I suggest you visit your local bike shop, they will sell, and fit, you the correct parts, and probably wont be any dearer than on line
