My hot water is working but no heat?

I'm having a bit of a problem. Earlier in the evening I could get neither hot water nor heat out of my boiler. Now, I have hot water but no heat. Any ideas?
It is a water boiler with heating boards. The boiler is only about two years old.
I went and checked the boiler. It is running and has flame. It is responding to me switching it on and off, however, it is not responding to the thermostat and none of the pipes coming out of it are hot or even warm.

Water or Steam Boiler? In any case...

1. drain the water from the boiler make sure it off
2. when you drain it make check the color (rust is normal)
3. Steam Boiler has to have water set to a mid point.
4. When last did the boiler get service check-up
5. Do you have oil
6. Did you set the hot water to the max.
7. Did the Circuit Breaker for the blower blew out? or reset it
8. Turn on the boiler did it come on go check the flame?

The flame should be a bright orange in color if it's sparking or low the unit needs to be check out.

9. Is the chimmy to the boiler clogged.
10. Might be time to replace the boiler..
