Why would a Honda Dealer lie to a customer telling him nothing is wrong with his ATV?
Customer brought me is older Honda Foreman after he just picked it up from the local Honda dealer that told him nothing is wrong with it.
the right rear axle bearing is bad, the brake master cyl was dry, the front brake shoes were down to the metal, ruined the drums, wheel cyls shot.
I can't understand why the Honda Dealer missed that or why they didn't want to make money repairing that, or how they missed those problems?
The ATV wasn't under a warranty, the man has the money to have it fixed and he wants it fixed.
I just can't understand how dealer mechanics turn away business like that?
the Honda dealer where i live (one of the largest in California)
has the worst service department i have ever seen.
last week they couldn't even sell me a tire for my sons 2006 rebel 250..
instead of replacing the tire, they suggested we trade it in on a new bike.
the Honda dealer here does NOT have factory trained service people to say the least..
