Lost Bike Combination...help?

So, I had the combination to my bike on my phone notes, and I think I deleted it over the last few weeks. It's a 4 combination cylindrical lock that has 9 numbers to choose from. I've looked at videos online and either I'm just stupid or I can't see if I'm getting the number right, but I can't get it open...If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it...
I'd really like to be able to save the lock if that's at all possible...And I think I know the number, it just won't open...So I either have the wrong number or the lock is rusted shut...

Cut it off with a good set of bolt cutters or an angle grinder. Get over it. Buy a good U-Bolt lock combined with a thick chain or cable. One that uses a KEY! They all come with at least two keys. Many times 4 to 5 keys. Keep one with you & store the spares in a safe place. Links below.
