Where to find a basic black shirt and black high-waisted skirt .?

So , I have an orchestra concert next week and the dress code is basically just full-on black . My ideal outfit was a basic long sleeve shirt (with buttons) and a high-waisted skirt (not really a pencil skirt , it's a little uncomfortable to sit) .
